En 1895, l’anarchie est à son apogée, elle prédomine alors dans nombre de réflexions sur la société, et séduit beaucoup d’intellectuels et d’artistes. Peintres, photographes, écrivains, de Pissarro à Signac en passant par Courbet, de Nadar à Mallarmé en passant par Mirbeau, tous portent la marque de la révolte (…)

Il avait créé un site web qui changea au cours du temps d’extension, sans jamais perdre son titre RAFORUM contraction de "Recherche sur l’Anarchisme - Forum.
Depuis le site a été repris par les animateurs de l’Encyclopédie anarchiste et se sont enrichis d’autres travaux.
